1. Acceptance of Terms and Parties

This Agreement is entered into between Kosmos Connection LLC ("Company"), registered in the Republic of Armenia, and you ("User"). By using the Kosmos VPN application or website ("Service"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must be at least 18 years of age, have legal capacity to enter contracts, and not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable law.

3. Service Description

The Company provides a virtual private network (VPN) subscription service that encrypts your internet connection and helps protect your digital privacy, including apps for mobile, desktop, and TV platforms, a web account portal, and customer support.

4. Account and Registration

Access requires creating an account with a valid email address
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials
Multiple accounts to abuse trials or limits are prohibited

5. Free Trial

New users may receive a one-time free trial; duration depends on country settings in the app
After the trial, VPN access ends unless you subscribe

6. Subscription and Pricing

Plans vary by number of simultaneous devices (1–10) and period (30, 180, or 360 days). Prices depend on your account country and are shown in USD or EUR. Payments: Apple In-App Purchase (iOS), Google Play Billing (Android), and Lemon Squeezy (web subscriptions).

7. Refund Policy

See our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Web purchases via Lemon Squeezy: refunds within 7 days if the Service was not materially used, subject to Lemon Squeezy policies as merchant of record.

8. Acceptable Use

Use the Service only for lawful purposes. Prohibited: illegal activity, fraud, spam, system attacks, unauthorized resale.

9–11. IP, Warranties, Termination

Service provided "as is". Liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months. You may cancel anytime; we may suspend for violations or fraud.

12. Governing Law

Laws of the Republic of Armenia; courts of Yerevan, Armenia.

13. Changes

Material changes notified at least 30 days in advance.
