1. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the mobile app or web account. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current paid period.
2. Mobile App Purchases (iOS / Android)
Payments made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are governed by their respective policies. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple or Google. Kosmos Connection LLC cannot process refunds for in-app purchases.
3. Web Purchases (Lemon Squeezy)
Web subscriptions are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as merchant of record for card payments, tax, and compliance.
- You may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of purchase if you have not materially used the VPN Service (no significant connection time or data transfer beyond account setup)
- Refund requests after 7 days or after material use are generally not accepted
- Partial refunds for unused portions of a subscription are not provided except where required by law
To request a web refund, email alinalis91@mail.ru with your account email and payment date. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
4. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension.
